The E.ON Russia Power Board of Directors consists of four members. The management team concentrates on making the best decisions for our company and our customers. Get more information about their responsibilites and vitas below.

Sergei Tazin (48), Chief Executive Officer. Tazin graduated from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in the USA. He has a long standing record in the electric power industry. Prior to joining E.ON Russia Power he held the position of Executive Director in OGK-3.

Sebastian Eisenberg (44), Chief Investment Officer. Sebastian Eisenberg graduated from the Technical University Dresden (Mechanical engineering) and the RWTH Aachen (Economics). He worked 6 years for The Boston Consulting Group and has been with E.ON since 1999 in several management positions. Eisenberg is in charge of E.ON´s investment program in Russia of about 2.5 bln Euro.

Frank Siebert (46) is Chief Financial Officer of the new Market Unit Russia. He previously worked at E.ON Ruhrgas UK North Sea Ltd., an oil and gas production company in Great Britain, where he held the post of General Manager Finance.

Mike Winkel (39), responsible for Energy Management & Integrated Optimization. He studied Business Administration and Power Engineering in Zittau and Oxford. He’s been within E.ON for over than 12 years. Before joining ERP he was Senior Vice President at Corporate Center in Düsseldorf.
